I want to share a fun July 4th (and more) kit from Andilynn Designs at ScrapMatters. It’s called July Birthday and has a set of coordinating Paint Accents to go with it as well.
Don’t you just love it? I made this 2 pager to go with it and the template I used was from Little Green Frog Designs…
Journaling: One of the most anticipated part of our July 4th celebration is the Sparklers! Even if they are hiding in the house or covering their ears during the actual fireworks portion of the night, the kids always emerge when it’s time to play with these little fire sticks. As a Pediatrician, you would think I would know better than to allow my young offspring to hold live fire mere inches from their hands, but alas, I do it each and every year. And I usually get some pretty cool photos. Bonus! These particular photos were taken in 2009 (Arabella) and 2008 (Joe and Jake), but they represent similar pics from over the years.
Oh well, it’s just once a year and so far, we all still have the correct number of fingers. Yay, Mom!
